"Staff is wonderful. They can book all the attractions for you right there. Location was great! 10 min walk to all the major sights. Right on the water so can take the water taxi straight from the airport and be dropped off at their dock so you don’t have to struggle with luggage in the city! Resort is very updated and modern but still has the authentic Venetian feel. Bar was wonderful some of the best drinks I have ever had and the best spritz we have had in Italy."

"Room was in good condition but was very tight quarters for 2 adults and 2 kids. Not much room to move around in the room itself. It was hot in the room at night with no way to control temperature, so we had to keep windows open but then the bell tower would ring in the morning and wake us. Additionally, pillows were hard and so sleep was not restful. Breakfast was not included in our price. On a positive note, the hotel location was perfectly convenient, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and room cleaning/turnover was good. "
