"A hidden gem, an small boutique hotel in the old centre. Great walking, brekkie tasty with an amazing view. Would love to be there in warmer weather to enjoy the back gardens! "location and property was excellent"

"An excellent and beautifully presented breakfast included was a wonderful way to start the morning drive.. Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect stop just 1.5 hours north of Rome. Quiet and serene with rooms offering a generous balcony overlooking the pool. Grazie mille!!"

"Wonderful location. Beautiful quaint room with a loft. Excellent breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Thanks to Stefano the host for the welcome, service and assistance. Highly recommended!"
