I found the staff to be exceptionally accommodating and friendly, creating an atmosphere that felt almost familial. The breakfast offerings were delightful, and the quality of the room exceeded my expectations. The warmth and kindness of everyone I encountered made my stay feel like a gathering with close friends and relatives, which significantly enhanced my overall experience. The convenience of the location cannot be overstated, as it is easily accessible via bus 72, which conveniently stops right outside both the railway station and the hotel. This service is not only efficient but also economical, with a ticket costing just €2. For those who prefer a more direct route, taxis are readily available at a reasonable fare of €15, making transportation to and from the Torino Porta Susa railway station seamless and hassle-free. Additionally, the bar within the hotel was a delightful spot to unwind, further contributing to the overall positive ambiance of my stay. The combination of excellent service, a prime location, and a welcoming environment makes this hotel a standout choice. I am already looking forward to my next visit, as I believe it will be just as enjoyable as this one."

"The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great."
