Goertz & Partner has this modern apartment with exceptional views of the sea and the bay of Roses. Empuriabrava and its surroundings offer you all the activities to spend a good family holiday. It is located in the "Gran Reserva" residential complex, with interior passages, plants and flowers, gardens and swimming pools surrounded by grass (entrance to the swimming pools sold by the community not included in the rent). This apartment has been tastefully renovated, it is spacious, cozy and comfortable. Upon entering the house to the right you will find two bedrooms. One of them opens onto a small terrace and the other opens onto a small utility room. Continuing, before reaching the dining room, you will find a complete bathroom with a bathtub. The dining room is divided into two levels separated by two steps. On the first level there is a kitchen equipped with its area for meals. Going down the two steps you have the living room with the television. From this last area you can access the large terrace of about 20 m2 with spectacular views of the sea and on the right you will find the third bedroom with another bathroom with shower. Well equipped, it has a dishwasher, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, mosquito nets on all windows to allow drafts in summer. The apartment has a private parking space (nº40) in an underground car park 50m from the property.
