The living room has a Smart TV with channels in all languages and is ideal for relaxing and having a good time with your companions. The stylish kitchen is American style and made with state-of-the-art materials, equipped with everything necessary for the preparation of any delicacy. It has various appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. In addition, the flat has a large bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility, guaranteeing comfort and accessibility. The flat is on the ground floor as the access is perfect. It also has an exclusive terrace with table and chairs to enjoy meals with family, couples and friends just a stone's throw from the beach.
