It has a private 7X3m mooring for your boat or for your rental boat.

This house consists on the first floor of 3 bedrooms, 2 Italian bathrooms, washing machine.

On the ground floor, a very well equipped modern kitchen, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is completely open to the living room on the ground floor with its large screen television and TNT decoder.

It benefits from 2 terraces with 2 different exposures, including one equipped with a barbecue with access to the mooring, very beautiful view.

Air conditioning (reversible) throughout the house you have private parking, you also have the option of parking in front of the house.

It is close to all amenities and to a sandy beach about 1000 m away.
