The property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, and a washing machine. Please note: Wi-Fi and towels are not provided.
The private outdoor area includes a garden, BBQ facilities, and an outdoor shower. Guests also enjoy access to a shared outdoor space with a swimming pool (open from 15 June to 12 October, weather permitting) and an outdoor shower. The sea is just 12 minutes away by car. Parking is available on site and one pet is welcome. Please note that smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.
A unique extra: car rental with delivery and pick-up directly at the property is available on request, with daily or weekly options—ideal for exploring the Tuscan countryside at your own pace.
