"Kudos!!! to the manager Antonio Remaschi My stay at the Baglioni was a very pleasant one ! I have to put this on record, the best shower pressure ever :-) truly a treat.
I didn’t have a great start during my stay with some confusion regarding drinking water and a staff member ( a lady ) on the 5th floor reception sounding rude and almost dismissive of my concern. Hopefully this is looked into. However the floor manager was kind and resolved my issue.
The breakfast was lavish and delightful! The complimentary wine was a special touch.
I will definitely be coming back here !"
