The owners are wonderful and make it such a great experience - they offer so many services (like beautiful breakfasts, dinners, yoga classes, wine tours, anything you could want!) and the property itself is so charming and relaxing. "I booked this property so that I could join friends in a neighbouring village for a celebration. The property was quite basic for my taste and in a more rural area than I would have liked especially as I was driving on narrow country roads at night to return to the property. Thankfully it was a quiet enough area. The host Laura was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything that you needed but for my taste very basic. The garden area was nice and quiet. "The place is out of this world. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The atmosphere is serene, exquisite, peaceful. The dining area is glorious and the food being served for breakfast is nothing short of an elaborate, yet delicious treat, including home-made deserts. The surrounding gardens are marvellous. The host is very warm, competent and helpful. You would probably pay 5 times the price for a similar reception anywhere else. And you are 1 hour away from Milan or Genoa."
