"Incredibly friendly staff, especially Naomi was very helpful and cheerful. The room spacious and clean, and to me a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is large and clean, though for the size the shower could have been a little bigger, the balcony had a lovely view over the garden and across the lake. Great space to sit and relax. Nice kitchenette if you do wish to cook. The bar has a great view. Again with frendily staff. Swimming pool area available and some pleasant relax areas. Good value...

"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"It could use some updating but met all our expectations. They were very nice and accommodating. It was close to the lake with direct access. We had a few ants but they came quickly and sprayed all around the wall base and that took care of them. The kitchen had most all necessary items however there was no oven. In our apartment the parking was to small for our vehicle but they offered alternate parking close by. We went to Venice by train and Verona by car. "

"Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel and the rooftop pool and bar area are amazing...we spent all of our time up there. We had a 2 bedroom lake view apartment which was very comfortable, had all amenities we needed and a stunning view of the lake. Only slight drawback was that the balcony itself was not as clean as we would have expected. "

"Location for attractions around Lake Garda and access to places around Verona was excellent. Property was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed. Pool was brilliant. Massimo made you welcome and was on hand for anything you needed. All in all, a great stay in a great place."

The shower "tools" was partially broken and the shower cabin itself something "dark" (lighting just in the middle of the bathroom). "After a very long day of travel, we arrived to the hotel which is in a stunning location. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 was ready and 1 we realized was given to another couple at check in. After some confusion, they corrected the issue and gave us a fantastic room with amazing views. Immediately the stress was relieved. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I appreciate their help very much. We had a great time at Flaminia. I highly recommend room 38. The views are unbeatable. Also the restaurant attached in the lobby area is very good. We highly recommend! "
