"We were put in a room that was unbearably hot, 25 degrees because the AC was not working. I was told the AC was turned off for the winter season to save energy. When I was told I could change rooms where AC was available, no assistance to move bags was provided when requested. We wasted about two hours trying to resolve the issue, repacking and moving to a different room. No apologies provided. I do not recommend and will not stay again."

"Bar snacks for purchase were not great. Otherwise a nice place and good location for cafes etc"
