"Good location, very large bed, large room, supply of coffee, tea and water. Nice balcony, helpful and friendly staff. On-line check-in didn't work, even after around 6 emails about it, but that did not cause any problems."

The staff were absolutely brilliant even in an unprecedented situation. The room was spacious and lovely. They have a live act every evening which was great. "The suite was ample but although we were 4 and had to wait for the check in time to have the room ready, the second bed was not even done yet. Everything else other than that detail was good, easy location and a lot of green around. Good location if you are visiting Gibraltar"
