La zona es muy antigua y bastante ruidosa. El edifio es muy viejo, la escalera de entrada da miedo. Falla el aire acondicionado cuando se sobrecarga. El apartamento es aceptable, pero la zona no. Antonello , el dueño, es muy amable y colaborador.
