Villa Ananda - Scopello

Villa Ananda is a modern villa located 1.5 km from the village of Scopello. The structure was built in 2017 and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor we find the living room kitchen with a large window overlooking the sea view veranda, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor accessible from the outside, we find a further double bedroom with bathroom with tub. The villa has mosquito nets on the windows and wifi internet. All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished in a modern and functional style. Villa Ananda is surrounded in part by native ornamental plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub and partly by English lawns. On one side of the house there is the solarium area with swimming pool (10x5) and the barbecue area. The villa is 1. 3 km from the village of Scopello with its restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest beach is the Guidaloca Bay which is 2.5 km away. The supermarket is 1 km away. The position of the villa allows guests to reach the main attractions comfortably on foot.
