Riva Sea Apartments 2

Riva Sea Apartments is a complex of houses situated in a panoramic position just a few steps from the golden sandy beach of Castellammare del Golfo. The residential complex consists of 10 houses. You access inside from the living room with kitchenette, dining table, sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle). On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. From the bedroom you reach the back porch where there is an outdoor shower and a sink.
Through the spiral staircase you reach the double bedroom with sea view and air conditioning.
The houses are furnished in an essential and modern style, using the colors of the sea: light blue and sand.
Each unit also has a patio equipped with a dining table and armchairs. The patio is completely fenced and accessible through a small gate.
At the center of the complex there is a large swimming pool (6x12mt) and a solarium area equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Near the pool there is a barbecue area and an outdoor shower.
From the solarium you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the sea on the gulf.
At guests' disposal there is also a baby parking and a private parking.
The equipped sandy beach is only 300 meters away. Along the beach there are several restaurants and bars. The nearest supermarket is 200 meters away.
Castellammare del Golfo with its enchanting historic center is 2 km away, while the Zingaro and Scopello reserves are 10 km away.
The nearest airports are Trapani Birgi (55km) and Palermo (45km).
