Panoramic villa with pool in front of the beach

Bright and airy villa with PRIVATE POOL located right above the dazzling bay of Guidaloca: just cross the road and go down a staircase to be with your feet in crystal clear water. Villa Perla is exceptionally panoramic and offers plenty of space for relaxation. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with lawns, palm trees and typical Mediterranean plants as well as a furnished terrace with a refreshing outdoor shower.

The outdoor space intertwines seamlessly with the tastefully furnished living and dining room on the ground floor thanks to four large French doors. On the ground floor you'll find a bright blue kitchen with dishwasher and one of the two bathrooms. A spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area with three bedrooms (all with air-conditioning) and a second bathroom with shower. A sofa bed for the seventh guest is located in the living room. Please note that there are no blackout curtains here.

The position of Villa Perla gets even better if you consider that you are at only 3 km from the picturesque village of Scopello, 4 km from the Nature Reserve dello Zingaro, 6 km from the restaurants, the thermal baths and sandy beaches of Castellammare del Golfo, and 20 km from the magnificent Ancient Greek Temple of Segesta. Last but not least, the famous sandy beach of San Vito Lo Capo which is at only 40 minutes drive. In other words, Villa Perla is the ideal place to relax while exploring the Western side of Sicily.

The private pool measures 4x8 m and it is 1,30m deep.

Schönes Haus / Lage ok

Das Haus war wirklich schön und gepflegt! Auch die Poolanlage war super schön und sauber! Man konnte sich durch die ruhige Lage wirklich erholen! Einziger negativer Punkt: das Haus hat komisch gerochen?! Kam es durch die Klimaanlage? Wir wissen es nicht. Leider gab es in der Nähe auch keine Restaurants. Man musste leider zum Essen gehen immer mit dem Auto fahren.

Wonderful villa

My family had a wonderful stay at Villa Perla. The villa itself was clean and comfortable. We spent several days relaxing in the pool and enjoying the beautiful view and garden area. The location is great! Scopello ( a few minutes drive away) is absolutely charming with several very good bars/restaurants to choose from. We were also able to tour Palermo and the temples in Agrigento. Christina the owner gave great restaurant recommendations, was very responsive to texts with any questions and made checkin/checkout a breeze. Highly recommend!

Tolles Haus. Toller Garten. Für sechs Personen gut geeignet.

Julia ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Der einzige Mangel war der wirklich störende Geruch in einem der Schlafzimmer - das soll aber wohl mit der Reparatur der Klimaanlage behoben werden. Ansonsten alles top!

Ein Traumhaus mit einem wunderschönen Grundstück

Das Haus ist ganz neu renoviert. Das Haus, der Pool und der wunderschöne Garten sind topgepflegt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Direkt vor dem Grundstück befindet sich der schöne und gepflegte Kieselstrand. Einige sehr gute Restaurants befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung und sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und wirklich immer erreichbar. Wir können das Haus wirklich ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

We couldn't have asked for more...

The house is situated in a splendid location, just 3 minutes walking to a gorgeous beach with Lido (ask for a special price for a full week) and a free area. You have stretches of sand and pebbles with rocks on the side which make it ideal for snorkeling. The beautiful garden of the house and the large pool are kept in perfect shape. You have maximum privacy as the property is closed and fenced from all sides. The house was spotlessly clean and comes with everything you need (dishwasher, grill, pots and pans,…). The aircon worked very well and ensured a good rest in the Sicilian summer heat. Wifi was reliable. We travelled with a toddler and were provided with everything needed (baby phone, high chair, crib, stroller,…). Cristina, the owner, helped us with many recommendations and tips and was constantly available. Our broken coffee machine got fixed in a day. You will need a car for groceries and restaurants. The beautiful village of Scopello is in 5 minutes driving distance. There is plenty to see close by with San Vito Lo Capo or the Temple of Segesta. Also Palermo is not far. Many thanks for 2 fantastic weeks!

Great family get away

We stayed here for 1 week and the property has a great pool to pass the hot afternoons and evenings. It is located between Scopello & Castellammare. The only thing you can’t really see from the photos is that the sea is about 100 meters lower than the house. The description mentions stairs to walk down to the beach so I thought a few, we counted 140 steps down. We were traveling with small children so could not go down with them. The house is great, a nice breeze under the portico. We had wonderful BBQ almost every evening. Kitchen is a good size and has practically everything. They also had when we arrived a little coloring book and pencils for the kids and a few bottles of water & juice for a welcome to their home. Also if you are interested in a large family gathering, the have a house right next door to accommodate. Cristina is very accommodating and whatever you ask, she is ready to help out. There is so much to do and see in the area, one week feels like too little. If you can manage a longer trip, highly recommend it.

Fantastiches Haus direkt am Meer

Das Haus hat einen fantastischen Umschwung, Ausblick auf das Meer und obwohl ein einfaches Haus, so ist es doch mit ganz viel Liebe von den Besitzern unterhalten! Der Fussweg zu einer unglaublichen, traumhaften Bucht ist weniger als 5 Minuten! Purer Genuss!

Oase am Meer

Sauberes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten und Meerblick, wunderbar! Wünsche werden umgehend erfüllt, Betreuung hervorragend. Küchenausstattung mit Kochmessern und Schüsseln könnte für Familienurlauber die auch mal selber kochen etwas umfangreicher sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!
