Welcome to the heart of the historic center of Castellammare del Golfo.
Featuring a contemporary design, this studio apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and soft towels. You will enjoy a smart TV and a Lavazza coffee machine.
Located just a short walk from the picturesque Castellammare harbor and the beach, our studio is surrounded by all the amenities you may need. Within the building, you’ll also have access to a washing machine and a dryer.

Our newly renovated building is located just 50 meters from the main Corso and 300 meters from the harbor.

Amenities: Air conditioning, bathroom with a spacious shower, fully equipped kitchen with tableware, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hairdryer, high-speed unlimited internet, and 32” smart TV.
In addition, you’ll also find a large and comfortable bed with goose-down pillows, a safe, an open wardrobe, and a balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast.

Starter pack: We provide an initial comfort package for your stay, including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper, tea, coffee, kitchen roll, sugar, salt, napkins, water, sparkling wine, extra virgin olive oil, dishwashing detergent, and cleaning spray. However, you will need to purchase your own supplies once these run out.

Linens: A complete set of bed linens and towels is provided for each guest. Extra sheets and towels are available for an additional charge.

When you arrive, you can conveniently access our building and your apartment via a unique code, which will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. This ensures maximum flexibility and security during your stay. You can enjoy total autonomy without needing to coordinate arrival times or worry about lost keys.
During your stay, we will take care of you. A dedicated phone number will be available for any needs or questions.

You will find yourself at Castellammare's "Four Corners," the vibrant heart of the town. Just steps from Petrolo Square and its beach, nightlife is right around the corner, with various restaurants and pubs ready to delight you.

Pet Policy: Small pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee (€40), and we also offer beach towel rental (€10) and baby kit rental (€30) upon request.

Legal Compliance: To comply with Italian law, we kindly ask you to provide your ID documents.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. If you have specific needs for early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance to check availability and arrange accordingly.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange to meet you at the apartment; please inform us in advance if needed.

Parking: We do not have parking available for this building, but there are free and paid parking options nearby.

Luggage Storage: Unfortunately, we do not have luggage storage available within the apartment. However, if needed, please inform us in advance, and we will arrange to meet at the property to find the best solution for you.

Here, you can expect high-quality service, although please note that this is not a hotel. Weekly cleaning services can be arranged as an extra upon request.
