"Excellent location and beautiful hotel. The reception and bell staff were helpful and the manager provided attentive service. The restaurant staff other than one waiter were absolutley terrrible. There was a server named Marianna who was excellent and friendly, otherwise their serving staff never ever smiled or engaged and there was a complete lack of service. The breakfast was very nice but other meals are fairly limited. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa."

"Just returned to the UK from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Hotel was lovely, reception staff very pleasant and helpful. A very big thank you to the gentleman on reception last Friday October 2nd at 7AM. I think his name was Badoul, he was originally from Morocco. He went above and beyond in assisting us to get to the airport that morning when a taxi company let us down. Fantastic hotel, perfect location & very impressed by Badoul. A credit to the hotel."

"Fantastic find, being coming to Platja dAro for years but this year we have a dog, booked here as they are dog friendly and what a superb place! Spotlessly clean and tidy, all staff are friendly and happy, room was immaculate, food at lunchtime was really good and great portions, the owner works there and keeps a very tidy clean and well run hotel, they all loved our dog Pablo too"
