"Room was clean enough. Pictures on Expedia were glamorized. Staff were the stars- very kind and helpful. Bed was ok. Bathroom tiny but ok enough. Glad only 1 night. Best and Worst part was location. So close to Duomo, but unreachable by car due to ZTL zone. Wish Expedia hotel info had mentioned this!! Tried to drop off luggage driving rental car…..a nightmare!"
