It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. Note, the bedroom is a loft with a sturdy steps but low ceiling."

Chiara communicated with us during the whole trip which made the check-in and check out process flawless. The villa was amazing with its history and setting and we loved the beautiful views as we sat on the patio with our wine and cheese. "Beautifully restored home in a gorgeous Tuscan setting, The distant views of the sunrises and sunsets were incredible. The villa provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house was located just off of a rugged country road near the historic town of Chianni, where there are many good restaurants. "Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

"It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "
