"There is nothing negative about this hotel, the staff were unbelievable even willing to get bus times, train times nothing was a problem, the breakfast catered for everyone and the room, well, beyond clean it was spotless, the pool an added bonus and also spotless. The building and setting are beautiful, the managers are extremely kind and helpful (from looking up and printing out information about local hikes for us, to sending us by courier a phone charger that we left in the room by mistake), and the location---very close to Monte Grappa---is perfect if you plan to do some hiking."
