"The overall of the place was very nice and clean. Out of three air conditioners only one worked. The steps going out onto the patio area had an iron gate that you cannot open to go sit out there. It’s misleading. The ad makes you think you can, but you can’t. Next door is a parking place where there’s cars coming in and out but that really didn’t bother us but it would if you were a light sleeper. Also be sure you bring a phone adapter for your cell phone and some washcloths as well."

"Our family stayed here during our trip to Rome. It is small, but nice and clean. It's a little bit farther away from all of the main tourist attractions and city, but everyone that we spoke with in the neighborhood was very kind and helpful. The taxis weren't too expensive, so thats what we usually choose to get into the middle of town, the Colosseum, Vatican ect. There was abgreat pastry shop right down the street that we went to for breakfast/coffee every morning and an amazing Gelato store...

"I spent ten days in the apartment with my family. It is very well located, a short walk from several popular sights, with convenient connections to the subway lines and buses. The apartment is spacious, with two separate bedrooms, the second bedroom perfect for children. The washer and the bathtub are very helpful."

Ran out of toilet paper and was told initially to go buy more and then was told more was in apartment which I couldn't find. "You must stay here! Marco is incredibly helpful and attentive. His apartment is stunning, clean, safe, and you can watch Netflix and do laundry!! Downstairs is a cafe with food and coffee, and a nearby restaurant where we bought wine. You’re walking distance to the Colesseum (aim for end of the day sunset walks for great pictures). The kitchen is fully stocked and each room has remote controlled AC and windows/blinds. FABULOUS property and owner!!"

"Charming neighborhood with local character but still an easy walk to major sights. Paola is very kind - she met us and provided great recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is in an 18th century building with exposed interior beams but still has mod-cons. Only negative is a bed that’s a bit uncomfortable but truly only a minor issue that didn’t detract from our stay"

"This property is great for your stay in Rome, It is within walking distance of many attractions. The AC works great in the heat of the summer. It was a great layout and would definitely stay here again. Alessandro was a great host and was very willing to work around our odd flight schedules!"
