They have a wonderful breakfast, and because we left so early the second visit; Priscilla, on the staff, made us a tray of goodies to eat before our 6:30 am pickup. She went out of her way, and we are grateful to her and all the staff from the prior visit. "

"The front desk guy Elmer is AWESOME. Best hotel experience I can ever remember. Right when we checked in Elmer made us aware of the subway station which is 4 blocks away. Then we were a 5 to 10 minute ride via subway to any of 40 locations in Rome. Our room was remarkably quiet. We (family of 3) all slept great! This was my 3rd trip to Rome from Texas and this was the best and most convenient place ever. I highly recommend!!"

"Fantastic hotel in all respects"

"The service was great very friendly and helpful staff. The whole design of the location looks fantastic. The only thing I did not like and I heard other complaning in the restaurant was that the pasta was hard. The excuse is that the pasta was fresh but the pasta could be boiled a minute longer."
