"A lovely property, sympathetically modernised, which sits in the grounds of a larger holiday home. The property was clean and well cared-for, with a pleasant kitchen/dining/sitting room, a single large bedroom and en excellent shower room. "Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful.
