"We only stayed one night but overall, it was a great place to stay for our layover. It was convenient to the airport and not too far from the center of Rome. The apartment was clean and David was very helpful getting us in and settled. The beds were not really beds, more like cots and a pull out couch. A friend staying with us had his feet hanging off the end in his room (he is very tall though). Those smaller cots are good for kids. "

Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations.
