"DO NOT STAY HERE! My family had a horrible experience at this hotel and left after only one night into a three night reservation. Dirty room, broken toilet, disgusting shower, no air conditioning, extremely noisy location made it impossible to sleep. Ruined the first day of our Italy vacation. We moved out to a better hotel and Agatha Cosy Hotel /Santuzza Hotels has refused to refund any money. So we paid for 3 nights taxes and stayed only 1 night. "An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Completely modern rooms with great ambiance. Pool area is great. The only downside is no staff on site. Need to arrange for staff to be there when you arrive to let you in and explain how it all works. This is problematic, otherwise a wonderful spot."

"Very mixed experience. The hotel is centrally placed for Piazza Armerina. Clearly much money has been spent on the inside but it is at best a 2*. Had difficulty raising reception on arrival. Eventually a chamber maid arrived to do this. There was no room cleaning. Had to ask twice for toilet paper. No bathroom cleaning. No bed making. Breakfast was truly laughable. "We had an amazing stay at Ferrini Homes. Our apartment was vey clean and had everything we could’ve needed! Very walkable location close to many good restaurants. Our host was communicative and made the check-in process very easy. "

"Casa D’aria is a quaint and lovely place for a vacation set in an ideal location in Catania. The eclectic style of the entire building is so interesting and homey. We had excellent communication with the owners leading up to our check in. The room was massive! With the comfiest bed tucked up on a loft.
