"Front desk was very friendly and spoke extremely good English when we checked into the hotel. Location was perfect for our 6:30 am flight - which mean we had to be at at airport at 4:30 am. Airport shuttle started operations at 4:00 a.m. so they could take us the 5 minute drive without the high cost of a taxi or ride-share service."

"This is newly renovated property in the heart of old Verona as of late 2025. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated, high class, amazing location, attentive staff. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable, even brought a gift for my wife's birthday! If we are ever back in Verona, no need to look anywhere else. I can't recommend highly enough. "

"I was in the Romeo & Juliet apartment and didn’t see any staff. But that was not an issue. I had a taxi question and it was answered promptly. The two flights of stairs wasn’t an issue, just a bit of a surprise. Since I’m traveling for 2 months I had a very heavy bag. But I managed. The location was actually perfect. I loved being central to Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. Everything was walkable. My only negative would be the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The ceiling upstairs was so slanted I could I stand up.
