"Its quite a dated property for comfort and definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. The bedsheets and pillows were the worst Ive experienced - they seemed to be made of weird recycled material. The reception staff were pleasant but they recommended a local car rental company as their prefered provider who ended up quoting way more than every other rental company in Verona and they said they could deliver car to the hotel - not the actual case so we cancelled and booked with bigger name."

The room was clean and the shower had amazing water pressure, which was fantastic! Breakfast was absolutely amazing with a variety of food to choose from. Absolutely enjoyed our stay!!
