"Good location - we could walk almost everywhere. Check in was great. People very polite and helpful. My mom had trouble walking right before we left for Italy and needed a wheelchair. There was only one place that had one locally but the place only spoke Italian and we didn’t. So Miguel called for us - arranged transportation for us to pick it up and he was personally going to try to return it for us if needed because we were on a cruise! He went above and beyond with his hospitality! It was a great stay!"

"Dera at the front desk was absolutely lovely assisting us with changing our booking, giving us information, making reservations for dinner, serving us breakfast, etc! Never have had better service! Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The restaurant on site was some of the most amazing food we’ve ever eaten! We could not recommend this place enough! "

"Overall a very nice hotel deserving of a 4 star rating. Beautiful views, large rooms, ample breakfast offerings, large spa with a lot of saunas, pools, etc. Gym could use some more equipment but it’s not bad. Parking near your room can be a challenge but it’s no more than a few hundred meters at most. I would recommend this property."

"I really like this hotel, the staff are exceptionally friendly and speak fluent English and overall the hotel has a really nice feel. I've stayed a couple of times as a stop over and would highly recommend. Parking is in a secure car park accessed via a barrier. The hotel is also pet friendly and has a great breakfast. Would be nice to have cups in the room instead of paper cups though! This is a really nice 3 star hotel and deserves a 5 star review. Grazie "
