We enjoyed our coffee on the patio in the morning, while being serenaded by the birds. Joyful! The location is walking distance to all the trails, restaurants, sights and the water, but far enough away to be peaceful. There is air conditioning and a little fridge. Lots of variety for breakfast and the host even cuts up fresh fruit and makes excellent cappuccinos! They also have discounted train passes and hiking permits. "Nice inn in bucolic rural agriculture setting. Friendly family staff. Wonderful dinners. Standard Italian breakfast with coffee and breads, pastries, no fruit or eggs or meats or cheeses. Two things very wrong: - ringing if church belts from 1 am to 6 pm at least twice per hour and one set of 30 (thirty!!) rings at 0600 am on our second day. -crowing of at least four roosters from 3am onwards.
