"What an extraordinary property. This beautiful and ancient stone house in the mountains is brimming with character. The rooms are beautiful and quirky in the very best of ways. The views are dramatic and exquisite. The owners are lovely people and made us very welcome. Breakfast was a feast of lovely pastries, bread, preserves and muesli type cereals. I cannot recommend this place enough and I'm sure that we will come back here again. "

"Staying at The Cosy Home Corbara was amazing. We also had the pleasant surprise of a newly installed jacuzzi outside the apartment, which wasn’t listed in the apartment description at the time of our booking. "We stayed at the Torra for 4 nights. The hotel was impeccable with many small details that we appreciated-coffee machine, beach towels, sun umbrella and loofa sponges. We booked last minute so it was quite expensive however for the area (remote and not close to anything). The personnel were great and responsive. The only improvement we would propose is to have better internet and sign in process. The speed was quite slow and the system was set up where we had to sign in every day and go through...

"This was one of the most beautiful Corsican hotels I stayed at while touring Corsica. I’d go back in a heartbeat. The staff was amazing - so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately upon check out my bank card did not work in their card reader. They said the payment was declined. I did make alternatives but later when I contacted my financial institution, they informed me it was the card reader at the hotel that was not working. This was unfortunate. Next time, I will always have either cash on hand...

"It was a lovely small hotel and the neighbourhood really calme. :) The view was amazing and I loved the design of the rooms a mixed of traditional and dark colours. Also it was only 8min from L'île rousse so it was perfect !!Some things to improve: it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room and a dailly clean of rooms in order to justify the price.Anyway the thing is that Corsica is very expensive:/ "

"excellent location between bastia and the airport 10 min to the port and the citadel which has 24 hour parking 15 min to airport 6 min drive to beach which has free parking not a walk to the beach tho "

"Would have loved this place if we had a car. It was close to the airport where we had reserved a rent a car but we had to walk to the airport (about 30 minutes) on roads without sidewalks to get there. Taxis were very expensive at about 50 and Uber did not work. We also walked about 30 minutes from the train stop to the hotel on roads with no sidewalks. The hotel was lovely with very neat rooms with fine finishes. I liked the deep tub with removable shower assembly but my husband found it awkward so he just kneeled to shower. The pool was very refreshing. There is no bar but we ordered beer that we had on our nice patio. The breakfast as fantastic!! Many types of hot and cold drinks, meats, cheeses, hot eggs. Crepes, and about 10 types of bread and cakes. "

Very good stay

"The room was not huge, but clean with a comfortable bed. Reception was polite and very easy.. The hotel looks kind of isolated when you arrive, but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within 200 to 600 meters in pretty much any direction. The hotel is very nice and Bastia was a really fun place."
