Our room had an outdoor setting as the indoor table and chairs and Just lacked the better detail of other apartments we’ve booked in PD, such as there was no tea towel, rusty chairs around the balcony table etc. Served it’s purpose. Very close to Macrossan which was handy."

"This is a private owner that has this unit. When we arrived the room was occupied by another party. Went to the Ramada Resort reception. They could not help because the unit is privately owned. Called the owned and got no response. Talked to the mother and daughter in the room and they said they had another day in the unit. "We were three families with kids (children ages 8-17) staying in separate apartments. The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly. However, you would definitely need a car if you're staying here. There's no bar or restaurant, there's not even a vending machine to purchase a drink or a snack. It's NOT a five-minute walk down to the nearest shop, despite what anyone tells you (especially not in the heat with kids). "We absolutely loved our stay here, easy free parking. Very central with easy day trips to all major attractions from Cairns to the Cape of Tribulation. The facilities were perfect after each day of sure seeing it was great to wind down in the gym or pool filled by a relaxing sauna. Our only complaint is that we were only in Palm Cove for 1 week and there was so much more to see and do in this part of Australia and we didn’t get to do it all. Great Host with easy communication. "Very happy with the apartment, it had everything we needed for our stay. However the resort itself may want to check itself. the staff just sit behind a computer all day and don't even acknowledge you when you pass, their time may be put to better use maybe cleaning and maintaining the pool area. It was a very uninviting and I would not even temp to enter the BBQ area let alone cook on it. Weeding and removal of spider webs around the outdated pool side furniture would help too. "Just 2 blocks to 4 mile beach as well as the main street in Port Douglas, the location of this apartment is spectacular. The complex is not too big (so not very noisy) and very clean. We were very pleased with our week here. The apartment itself had all the amenities you need! Loved it here!"
