"Beautiful hotel. Great location. The only question I have is for those with mobility issues. There may be an elevator from the arrival point to the lobby but I didn’t see it. The stairs are a bit much to carry luggage up. If you have issues, chaexk with the hotel."
"Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. "We spent a wonderful week here in September 2025. From the moment we arrived to departure, the staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a great position looking down over lake Garda. The facilities are perfect, the Spa and sauna are great and the massage treatment worked a treat.
