Best Western Hotel & SPA Coeur De Cassis
Although we made a reservation for a twin-bed room and availability was confirmed, we were still asked to pay an additional fee for this request. This created a very negative impression in terms of customer experience. More importantly, there was no staff available who could communicate in English ...

Hôtel Particulier Cassis, Parking sécurisé, Piscine chauffée
Location was fantastic. The room was wonderful…but it could do with a new mattress. Hosts were terrific and the grounds were lovely. We’d go back without hesitation
