- Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!
- All guests will be required to send a photo of their ID through messenger once the reservation is confirmed.
- All trash must be placed inside the bins provided. Leaving trash outside of the bins will result in a $100 fine.
- All pets must be mentioned and approved during the booking process. This helps us ensure that our space can comfortably and safely accommodate your furry friend. The pet fee is $30/night per pet (Required before check-in, fee sent through the resolution center)(Maximum of 2 pets, only dogs allowed). For stays longer than a week, they will be provided a flat rate. Please message us for more details.
(The pet fee must be for the entire duration of the stay and is non-refundable)(Depending on the breed, we may also require a deposit).
- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at $500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.
- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee of $50. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance. Any late checkout requested less than 24 hours before will be denied.
- Checkout is by 10am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a $100 fee. Please respect our checkout time as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests.
- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The person making the reservation will be required to submit a photo of their ID through messages after the reservation is confirmed. If a reservation is made by someone under the age of 21 a deposit will be required.
- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
- No parties or events.
- No fireworks of any kind.
- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
- Please no food or drinks on the bed.
- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine.
- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for extensions. We will not approve requests to shorten your stay or adjust the dates to a later period. If you're unable to make your reserved dates, please cancel your reservation at your earliest convenience.
**We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
