We are located in the Pollino National Park at 632 metres above sea level, and exactly 18 km from the sandy beaches of the upper Ionian Sea in the province of Cosenza. In the large, well-equipped garden you can sunbathe, read a book or take a refreshing dip in the beautiful swimming pool. Its location is an excellent starting point for exploring the surrounding area and the natural beauty of this part of Calabria.

Worth visiting are the historical centre of Cassano nestled between two rocky ridges, the Lakes of Sibari, the largest nautical complex in the Mediterranean for pleasure boating, less than three kilometres from the villa, and the Terme Sibarite, frequented for the therapeutic properties of its sulphurous water springs and mud baths. Lovers of mountains and wild nature can visit the Pollino National Park, a vast and uncontaminated territory offering the most varied landscapes, and the Raganello Gorges where canyoning and canyoning are possible. The main feature of the interior is the large living area on the ground floor, which offers a super-equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, sofas and a fireplace, and a bathroom with hydromassage shower.

Ascending to the first floor via an internal staircase, here we find a library with a study where one can read a good book while relaxing, and four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and hydromassage showers. But the real pearl of the villa is the Suite, a small refuge of elegance and beauty, which offers a double bed, a reading area and a veranda where you can admire the beautiful peaks of the Pollino, also in the Suite a Jacuzzi for two people, and next to it a shower with Turkish bath and shower with rain effect.
