"The staff was superb—everyone from the front desk staff (thanks, Tracey!), housekeeping, to the breakfast staff (very friendly and helpful)! We had a great stay with lots of pool fun and the perks of the dog bowl/treats, full breakfast and evening happy hour drinks with chips and queso. This is definitely a family hotel that can be noisy, which actually we didn’t hear too much from the room, but if you’re looking for a quiet, mellow hotel, this isn’t it. "

She went above and beyond and was willing to help me check in quickly since I had stated we, (my husband and I), were in a rush and off to attend my cousin's 50th Birthday party. The room was also clean, and comfrotable. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning back as well as recommending the hotel to ou family and friends. "

"The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The included made to order breakfast was good though the server was a bit slow on getting me my coffee. The most disappointing aspect was I booked this hotel so I could have a nice jacuzzi and while the jacuzzi worked, the jets were angled improperly and were not effective. Anderson's Pea Soup Inn in Buellton has an excellent jacuzzi which put this one to shame. "

"Property was great. Did not have ocean view but could hear the waves and birds singing. Did not know that Oeano is used as access point for pick-up trucks to drive on sand, so it was a bit odd, but still had some nice walks on the beach and had a dog with us too!"
