"Central location is the reason we chose this hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was a disaster. My wife ordered bread with butter and jam, she got a tiny (1 inch by 2 inch ) rectangular piece of white bread with a few butter cubes and a little jam on it. I ordered 2 fried eggs, got 2 tiny pieces of white bread with my order. 8 ordered a croissant which never came. The 2 cappuccinos were great as expected in Italy . I think the server was overwhelmed with a morning rush of customers as well as a bit of language barrier. The service was slow, and the bill was high. €38 (about $43USD). We paid and went to the nice Cafe next door, got two cappuccinos, 2 pastries for €9. l wouldn't recommend the onsite breakfast option unless you want to wait a long while for a subpar breakfast at a fairly high price. Go next door for quicker service at a reasonable price."
