"It was our first time in Bolzano and this hotel provided the perfect ambience as well as convenience. There is nothing really bad to say about the experience. If I were to be extremely critical it would be the fact that if you have a tall vehicle, you will need to park a 5-8 minute walk away at an open air parking lot instead of their suggested closed garage. Otherwise, this hotel is a gem. "

It does actually say on the booking page, but it's kind of hidden in the small print. You might think it's a better idea to book through the hotel's own website.
