"This is an older home on a nice, safe street, NW of downtown St. Louis and just 10-15 minutes to lots of great sights/attractions. "When we arrived we had not received any info on how to get in! Finally found how to contact Vrbo help after messaging the owner. Vrbo got hold of the owner who checked and confirmed the info had not been sent. Ummm yeah, we knew that! Eventually we got in and it was easy but very frustrating and NOT the way to start a vacation. Property was fine. Bathroom door sticks and is half open always. Could use a night light (I didn’t think I’d need one.) Disposer didn’t work - we just used trash can....

"We came in for 2 nights of shows at Chafeitz and this place was the perfect location. We could walk to and from the shows with ease. Great location to restaurants in the area. The place was like an art gallery with cool features throughout. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a rental. The host was very friendly and excellent with communication for check in and recommendations for good places to eat. Would 100% stay here again."

Be aware if you have issues with stairs as our unit was up several flights of stairs but overall a very clean quiet and convenient place to stay! Owners were very helpful and easy to work with! "Worked great for our family trip down memory lane visiting our old haunts in St. Louis. Reminded me of the apartment buildings I lived in, with original hardwood floors, plaster walls, and all. Very convenient location to the Metro and Forest Park. The only drawbacks were the heat (top floor and probably some of the hottest days of the summer meant the A/C couldn't keep up) and the basement laundry. Housekeeping uses it from 10-3, but even then there were no washers/dryers open."

"It’s very secluded from people and kind of hidden which I loved. Quite neighborhood and easy access to everything around. The apartment itself is very nice and updated. I loved the shower and it’s heated floors. It has many windows with great lighting. The bed was very comfortable with an amazing comforter and fluffy pillows. The only “problem” was there was no hand soap or hand towels so I had to go buy some hand soap and I left it behind for the next person. I would definitely book this place...
