"Checking in/ out was quick and easy! Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Asked about a place to eat dinner on our first night, was given great advice and he showed us where the restaurant was! Food was great and service as well. Couple we were travelling with had to cut short their stay, they dealt with front desk staff who were able to cancel a night without penalty, thank you!! Would stay here again!"

"A beautiful hotel and a very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. Just make sure to check about getting access to hotel entry because the street may shut down during holidays. "

"everything was good. the one thing which was little but annoying, is that everytime we enter the room we need to log in with name anf email inorder to have free wifi. if we dont do so, there is no internet connection. beside of this they didnt refill the tea&coffee amenities and we needed to ask for it every night..."

"This hotel is in a perfect location in the Gothic quarter. Before we arrived the hotel sent us information on how to request pillows, linen preference and queen bed, very communicative! All staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant Caelis, superb! We used Expedia to purchase and 2 days in asked us if everything was good and had the hotel provided welcome amenity, or upgrade on room? We think our room was perfect with a view of the Cathedral, but no amenity. Next day after we returned a bottle of red wine and chocolates were waiting for us! So, what can we say? Thanks to Expedia for nice gesture and so grateful to the hotel for a wonderful and comfortable stay!! "

"This hotel is great, the staff is wonderful and it is in in a great location. The only I would say is there is noise at night on the weekends, so keep that in mind when staying on the Rambla. Love this hotel and would definitely stay here again. "
