"I was looking for an affordable, clean, private place to stay for one night that was within close walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and this place delivered exactly that! The shower was quite a tight squeeze but it got the job done so that’s all that matters. It was as expected for the price you pay. The office where you check in is across the street from the building where you stay, but the staff meets you there and personally shows you to your room so no worries in finding it....

Staff commented via WhatsApp, was responsive to text but didn’t pick up calls (we requested to deposit baggage before check in, agreed but didn’t pick up calls). Check in was smooth otherwise. Accomodating to leave luggages after check out. Clean and lovely space. However the fridge on the room was really whirring quite loudly otherwise managed a decent rest overall....

"I have visited several cities in italy and i can confidently say this hotel was by far my favourite. first of all the price point does not do this hotel justice. breakfast was included. and i know what we all think of hotel breakfast, powdered eggs and dry bacon. we were brought breakfast to our room every morning. croissants, yoghurts, fresh fruit, meats and cheese. you name it they had it. it was wonderful. the staff/owner were so helpful and nice. we stayed in the property around the corner....

"It is important to understand that this is not a "hotel". There are two ground floor rooms (metal bars on the windows) with an intermediate kitchen area, access by code on the doors. There is a daily clean, bed being made, but no other "hotel" facilities. The front entrance on the road has a very discouraging appearance."

"Lovely hotel, with boutique feel. We had a balcony with a view of Duomo. Hosts were wonderful- huge breakfast with lots of choice and knowledgeable about the location and town. Would recommend."

"Totally exceeded our expectations. Bright, spacious apartment with more than enough scope to self-cater if you wanted to. The bonus for us was that it was so central, literally minutes to all we came to see! There was some noise from the trams but we had expected that as we checked out the location before booking - this did nothing to spoil our stay at all :) The host was super attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for the best stay.
