"Terrific theming, the hotel looks like a colonial or Civil War area building. White columns, rugs, furniture, and even has a cannon in the lobby. Less than 10 minutes from the battlefield and Gettysburg town center."

"I had a last-minute need for a four day stay in Gettysburg for a conference. This establishment came close to my budget. The facility is a former Econo-Lodge and it is a bit dated. Having said that, it is obvious that the owners are very particular on keeping the rooms clean and presentable. My room was clean, the bed linens clean and crisp and the bathroom was also clean. I did use the air conditioner as the temps were in the 80's. The compressor made a loud noise upon start each time, so I did not use it at night, but it really wasn't needed. They do collect a security deposit for incidental damage upon check-in, I was concerned about it, but it was refunded back onto my credit card a couple of hours after my departure."
