"Our room was super clean. One lady at the front desk was very dismissive, but everyone else was super helpful. I had confusion because I prepaid for parking & the girl checking us in told me she didn’t know anything about that. Luckily the computer figured it out. We were also given the wrong room type. We didn’t know until we had already lugged everything to our room and we were running late to a dinner reservation, so we let it be. But they have so many different kinds of rooms, I’d make sure to get what you pay for. For a one night concert stay, it’s the perfect place. I’ve never been in bed so quickly after a concert as I was this night, it was incredible. We didn’t have a chance to use any amenities, but location was great!"
