It is situated 300m from Casares beach and its Chiringuito "Restaurant de la Sal."
On the main floor, the apartment features a cozy and bright living room with a dining area for 6 people. The living room opens onto a terrace with a dominant view over the residence. The terrace has a large table for 8 people.

On the same level, there is the first double bedroom with access to the terrace and its brand-new shower room with an Italian shower and toilet.

The entrance hall also leads to the large, fully equipped kitchen and the marble staircase to the upper level of the apartment.

On the upper level, you will find a second bedroom with two single beds and a large private terrace with lounge chairs and a breathtaking view of nature. The night hall has the renovated bathroom with a bathtub, integrated shower, and toilet.

The Paraíso de la Bahia residence is located just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It is secure with an access code. The residence offers numerous parking spaces, two large swimming pools with loungers, a children’s play area, and several green spaces with large palm trees.

Two of the most beautiful golf courses in Andalusia are 5 minutes away: Finca Cortesin Golf and Dona Julia Golf Club.
