Welcome to our freshly renovated apartment, a haven of peace in Andalusia, ideally located between the sea and the mountains.

Located on the first floor of a 2-storey building with an elevator, our apartment offers a comfortable and modern environment for your stay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or couples.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals just like at home, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal. Take advantage of reversible air conditioning to cool off during hot summer days or warm up during cooler nights (with time limit).

Relax on our 25 square meter furnished terrace, a quiet place where you can have breakfast or simply enjoy the Andalusian sun. With a reserved parking space, you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car.

High-speed Internet access and Smart TV will keep you connected and entertained during your stay. You can also enjoy international channels. In addition, you can enjoy easy access to the main Andalusian cities, such as Seville, Granada and Cordoba, which are less than two hours away by car.

Just 8 minutes away by car is the charming port of La Duquesa, where bars and restaurants abound where you can enjoy delicious local specialties. Stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the lively ambiance of this picturesque region.

The center of Estepona is also only 12 minutes away by car, offering plenty of opportunities for pleasant walks along the seafront. You can enjoy the beautiful landscape and relaxed atmosphere while exploring the shops, cafes, and restaurants in the area.

Additionally, several supermarkets are located just an 8-minute drive from the apartment, making grocery shopping easy and convenient.

The apartment is 50 minutes from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport.
