Brilliant apartment

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Beds were very comfortable and nice towels in bathrooms. Very stylish interior with fabulous views out to sea. Location means you need a car but plenty of parking. Pool area was very well maintained with lots of sun loungers. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Not worth the money

Nice view (but most properties in the area have that) Dirty and dusty exhausts for ac/heating. Poorly washed glass and crockery. Minimal equipment in the kitchen, no bowl for salad, no ovenproof form. Hard beds, there are no duvets only thin, thin blanket Unstable chairs on the balcony without cushions. Impersonal apartment without pleasant lighting.

Apartamento completo, muy bien equipado con todo lo que se necesita. Fantástica terraza, amplia y con impresionantes vistas. Al apartamento no le falta nada, incluso tiene una plaza de aparcamiento exterior. Ubicación muy tranquila, donde se puede desconectar. Mantenimiento diario de las instalaciones del complejo. La única pega el gimnasio, con unas bicicletas estáticas y una elíptica de muy mala calidad, de plástico, que una zona residencial así debería mejorar con urgencia poniendo a disposición de los clientes un gimnasio acorde con la calidad del resto del complejo. Tal y como decía, el gimnasio. Y ampliar su horario del mismo a las 24 horas ya que está apartado y aislado de los apartamentos y no tiene sentido que tenga un horario limitado.

Top-maintained new complex/new flat

The Costa del Sol is the Costa del Sol. If you like very crowded buildings (some of them planned with questionable logic) and a four-lane motorway, you will have no problems with the region as a whole. We are quite spoiled here by many years of St. Tropez. BUT: The new and modern apartment complex in the middle of a golf course makes you completely forget the building sins and the motorway. The noise from the road is barely perceptible and not disturbing. The flat corresponds to the pictures and is a cooling haven in hot weather thanks to the air conditioning. The modern furnishings leave almost nothing to be desired. The kitchen has almost everything you need to prepare food. Larger pots and pans and some bowls would be good. The cutlery/dishes should be uniform for the price. The coffee maker mentioned in the description is a coffee maker. For the price segment, a fully automatic machine or a high-quality capsule machine would be a plus. Those who only drink tea do not have this point of criticism. The sea view from the terrace is beautiful. The owner had two electric awnings installed for the terrace during our stay. This is definitely a big plus point, because when it was sunny, it was almost unbearable to stay on the terrace during the day. The pool, the communal house and the air-conditioned gym (treadmills, bikes, cross trainer, weight machine, weights and TV) are TOP. So we actually did sports every day. Because of our longer stay (3 weeks), a cleaner came every Friday. The beds are extremely hard. If you have the same at home, it doesn't bother you. Others, however, wake up every morning with back pain. The communication with the agency that manages the property was mega-perfect. Conclusion: Can we recommend the flat for a stay? Yes. Will we travel to the Costa del Sol again? No.

Perfect family venue

Fantastic facilities within the apartment and within the secured public areas. Great pool, wonderful sitting area and just an all round great place to stay. Close to the Port, top restaurants and always something to do with the kids with several very nice play parks within a very short drive.
