Maria was great prior to check in, day of check in and during my stay. The location cannot be beat you are short walk away from everything Otranto has to offer. There is mercato (market) across the street which supplies just about everything you need. Next to that is a macelleria (butcher shop) if you are looking to cook at home. "Il proprietario molto gentile edecuto, l'appartamento molto pulito e ristrutturato,non manca nulla e lo consiglio a tutte le famiglie che vogliono passare una vacanza con la propria famiglia!!!! Vicino c'è tutto quindi a piedi c è il mare ,tabacchi ,mini market e ristoranti, inoltre ci sono lidi e spiaggie liberi ... fronte casa !!Perfetta per passare dei giorni in tranquillità a 13 minuti c e Santa Maria di Leuca e ha 40 minuti Gallipoli...posto anche molto strategico per spostarsi in altre...

"The house is nice. The green part of the garden is not very easy to use (no grass, but stony). The house in on a large road. Ten minutes walk to the beautiful beach, but uncomfortable walk, because of the traffic, and not much space for walking. Under August sun it becomes challenging. Car is needed for shopping, restaurants, ... The owners are very nice and always available to give answers and solutions."

"Nice, well priced hotel in a pretty place. Car park across the road for €4 a day. Welcoming staff. Ate at the restaurant opposite & would have liked to have a drink in the hotels’ bar/lounge but it was closed. Breakfast was ok, nothing special "

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. Thank you again for the warm welcome and lovely stay."
