"I would like to express my gratitude to Ronnie, the front desk associate. Upon arrival to the my room, I thought someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. Ronnie assigned me a new room with no questions asked. While relocating to my new room, Ronnie explained to me that the smell was from the air freshener that's commonly sprayed and it had not settled. The new room was outstanding, with everything clean and the shower had hot water. Thanks again Ronnie. "
