Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. "This was a very last minute booking. Only arrived at 8.20pm. Found easily. Public parking available. Very tired "hotel". We were (i think) the only guests. The owner welcomed us with a smile and after 5 min or so showed is to our room. We just needed a sleep so didn't venture out into the town. Bit of road noise overnight, but the room served a purpose. Nothing wrong with the hotel or staff, just not anything special. "

"I regularly work in Maranello, and stay in one of the hotels there, but as they were all fully booked, I ended up staying 16km out, in the hills near Seramazzoni. La LocAnna is a very nice place, the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, even staying up till 1am to allow me to check in late on the first night. Breakfast was included, and was the standard thing. I'd happily go back and stay ayt La LocAnna, even if there was availability in Maranello."
