"J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. Nice hotel on the outskirts of town

"Lovely modern hotel on the outskirts of town with large and spotlessly clean room which is well insulated, bathroom has big walk in shower and car park is directly in front of the room which is handy. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and one night we ate in the restaurant where they serve huge portions of delicious food. Special mention must go to the staff who are very pleasant."
